The Programme
Giving talent the opportunity it deserves
One Target One Dream is a refugee archery programme in Lausanne, run with the X10 Archers Club. We're developing young athletes for the biggest stage in sport: the LA28 Olympics.
What we do
We find talented refugee athletes in the Canton de Vaud and train them seriously. Archery gives them world-class coaching and equipment, plus a team to belong to. Confidence and self-belief come with it, and they carry far beyond the range.
The idea started with Niccolò Campriani's "Make a Mark" project, which took refugee shooters to the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. In 2025, Olympic archery champion Juan Carlos Holgado brought it to Lausanne. This time the sport is archery, and the home is the X10 Archers Club.

Two goals, inseparable: helping these athletes build a future through sport, and preparing them to compete at the highest level they can reach.
Our Mission
We use archery to help refugee athletes find their feet and build a different future. On the range they're teammates and competitors, valued for their ability and their commitment. Not for where they came from.
Our Vision
We're preparing one female and one male archer for a real shot at the Refugee Olympic Team at LA28. It's ambitious. We won't over-promise, and we won't pretend the work is easy.
